Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions: All materials, worksheets, exercises, methods, and information provided during Heart Stories coaching sessions are the intellectual property of Heart Stories. They may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, or sold without written permission.

Purpose of Coaching: Heart Stories coaching is designed to guide and support you in writing, shaping, and sharing your personal story or testimony. Coaching is a growth-focused, forward-moving process and is not counseling, therapy, mental-health treatment, or legal or financial advice.

Confidentiality: All personal information shared during coaching will be kept confidential except when disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm. Group participants agree to maintain confidentiality of all shared content.

Payment and Refunds: Payments are due upfront unless otherwise stated. All payments are non-refundable once the program has begun. If the coach cancels the program, a pro-rated refund will be issued.

Scheduling and Attendance: One-on-one sessions require 24-hour notice for rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited. Group sessions occur at set times and are not rescheduled individually.

Participation and Responsibilities: Clients agree to attend sessions on time, complete assignments, and participate honestly. The coach agrees to provide guidance, structure, and honest feedback.

Story Ownership: Clients retain full ownership of their personal story, testimony, and written materials. Heart Stories will not share or publish client stories without written permission.

Technology: Clients are responsible for a reliable internet connection and quiet environment for online sessions. Coach-related technical issues will result in a rescheduled session.

Coach Availability: Limited optional email support is available between sessions for small clarifications and follow ups.

Termination of Coaching: Either party may end coaching if boundaries are violated or if the relationship is no longer productive. Completed sessions are non-refundable.

Christian Ministry Context: Heart Stories integrates Christian principles, scripture, and prayer unless the client requests otherwise.

Liability: Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Coaching results cannot be guaranteed. The coach is not liable for personal, emotional, or financial outcomes.

Agreement: By enrolling in any Heart Stories coaching program, the client acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
